Hijaz Finance - Hijaz Community SACCO is a fully registered SACCO under the the Ministry responsible for Cooperatives and supervised by the Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority (UMRA) as a fully-fledged Islamic SACCOWe are established to focus on 2 strategic problem areas: (a) Considerably reducing the cost of Hajj and thus increase the number of pilgrims per year (b) Provide a credible array of Sharia compliant investment and business optionsThe current Hajj requirement is simply prohibitive to over 80% of even middle income Ugandan Muslims.
Options for financing and investment are all shrouded in interest (riba) based activities and some are outright not permitted by the ShariaOur experienced and dedicated managerial and technical teams are available to ensure a smooth and risk protective environment for you.
